尹珅,挪威科技大学(NTNU)DNV 讲席教授,IEEE Fellow,挪威技术科学院(NTVA)院士。主要研究方向包括系统建模、故障诊断、预测与可靠性分析等基础理论与方法;近年来,他在数字孪生认证、人工智能保障以及安全关键系统数字保障等方面开展了框架构建与基础理论研究。 本次报告题目为 “Fundamental Study on Digital Assurance from a RAMS Education Perspective”。报告将围绕人工智能、数字孪生和智能数字技术快速发展背景下可靠性、可用性、可维护性与安全性(RAMS)理论与方法的演进展开,重点介绍面向可信数字系统的数字保障基础方法,包括系统建模、可靠性分析、不确定性刻画以及面向全生命周期的方法研究,并进一步探讨融合基础理论与数字技术的跨学科 RAMS 教育体系建设。
Shen Yin is the DNV Endowed Professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). His research focuses on the fundamental principles and methodological development of system modelling, fault diagnosis, prognosis, and reliability analysis. In recent years, he has further contributed to general frameworks and foundational theories for digital twin qualification, artificial intelligence assurance, and digital assurance for safety-critical systems. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and a member of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA). The title of this talk is “Fundamental Study on Digital Assurance from a RAMS Education Perspective.”
