Submission Guidelines

  • Authors must make sure that their submissions are original which has not been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.
  • All submitted papers should be focused on one of the conference topic areas.
  • All submissions should be written in English using IEEE conference template up to 6 pages.
  • The submission file is in pdf file format.
  • All papers should be submitted electronically via the online submission system.

Review Policy

  • Every single submission will be screen checked firstly. If plagiarism issue and AI-generated content are identified, the paper will be rejected immediately by the technical editors without sending for a review.
  • Technical editor will solicit two review reports at least. The reviewers will score on three parts including innovation, technical soundness and presentation with the grades. The papers with the averaged score higher than the average will be accepted. Otherwise, the papers will be rejected.
  • Accepted papers with full paper registration and presentation will be included in the conference proceeding.

Best Paper Award

Papers with high scores will be further valued by the award committee during the conference presentation. Outstanding papers will be granted to best conference awards with certificates.
