Invited speaker Xu Cheng

程徐,天津理工大学计算机学院教授、副院长,国家优秀青年基金获得者、欧盟玛丽居里学者,曾获天津五四青年奖章,并入选 U40 人才计划、人社部海外青年人才引进专项和天津市引进领军青年人才计划。主要从事智能感知、故障诊断、知识融合与风力发电机组安全高效运行等研究,在 IEEE TKDE、TNNLS、TII、TIE 等国际期刊和会议发表论文 200 余篇,入选全球前 2%顶尖科学家榜单,并担任 IEEE TASE、IEEE Sensors Journal 等期刊副编。 本次报告题目为 “Key Technologies for Intelligent Perception and Safe and Efficient Operation of Wind Turbines in Complex Environments”。

Xu Cheng is a Professor and Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Tianjin University of Technology. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, a Marie Curie Fellow, and the Tianjin May Fourth Youth Medal, and has been selected for several talent programs, including the U40 Talent Program. His research focuses on intelligent sensing, fault diagnosis, knowledge fusion, and safe and efficient operation of wind turbines. He has published more than 200 papers in leading journals and conferences such as IEEE TKDE, TNNLS, TII, and TIE, and has been listed among the world’s top 2% scientists. He also serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE TASE and IEEE Sensors Journal. His talk is titled “Key Technologies for Intelligent Perception and Safe and Efficient Operation of Wind Turbines in Complex Environments.”

Invited speaker Zhenhua Wang

王振华,哈尔滨工业大学教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才。主要从事面向航天应用的状态估计、故障诊断、应急控制及不确定动态系统可信故障检测等研究,发表 SCI 论文 80 余篇,授权发明专利 10 余项,出版学术专著 1 部,主持国家自然科学基金、黑龙江省优秀青年基金等项目。曾获中国自动化学会自然科学奖一等奖、黑龙江省科技进步奖一等奖等荣誉,并担任 IEEE TAES、IEEE TII、Asian Journal of Control、European Journal of Control 等国际期刊副主编。 本次报告题目为 “Set-Membership State Estimation and Trustworthy Fault Detection for Uncertain Dynamic Systems”。

Zhenhua Wang is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Harbin Institute of Technology, and a national-level young talent. His research interests include state estimation, fault diagnosis, emergency control, and trustworthy fault detection for uncertain dynamic systems, particularly in aerospace applications. He has published more than 80 SCI papers, authorized over 10 invention patents, and authored one academic monograph. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other major programs. He has received several awards, including the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Chinese Association of Automation and the First Prize of the Heilongjiang Science and Technology Progress Award. He also serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE TAES, IEEE TII, Asian Journal of Control, and European Journal of Control. Invited speaker Zhenhua Wang

陈宏田,上海交通大学副教授、博士生导师,国家级高层次青年人才、玛丽居里学者、上海市高层次人才、浦江学者。主要研究方向包括数据驱动技术、可解释人工智能及其在高速列车、机器人、海陆空系统中的应用。近年来,发表英文专著 2 部,在 Automatica 与 IEEE 汇刊等发表论文 80 余篇,授权与受理国家专利 20 余项,主持国际项目、国家级项目等 10 项,并获得中国自动化学会优秀博士论文奖、工信部创新特等奖、IEEE RCAE 青年科学家奖等多项荣誉。目前担任 IEEE TFS、IEEE TII、IEEE TIM、IEEE TVT、CEP 等多个国际期刊编委,并承担多个国际会议组织主席、程序主席和联合主席等工作。本次报告题目为 “Fault Diagnosis of Time-Varying Systems Based on Mamba and Its Application to the Kunlong AG600”。

Hongtian Chen is an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a national-level young talent, Marie Curie Fellow, Shanghai high-level talent, and Pujiang Scholar. His research interests include data-driven technologies, explainable artificial intelligence, and their applications in high-speed trains, robotics, and air-sea-land systems. He has published two English monographs and more than 80 papers in Automatica and IEEE Transactions, and has obtained or applied for over 20 national patents. He has led 10 international and national projects and received several honors, including the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Chinese Association of Automation, the Special Prize for Innovation from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the IEEE RCAE Young Scientist Award. He also serves as an editorial board member for IEEE TFS, IEEE TII, IEEE TIM, IEEE TVT, CEP, and other international journals. 苏涵光,东北大学教授、博士生导师,国家级青年人才,现任辽宁省综合能源优化与安全运行重点实验室副主任、东北大学信息科学与工程学院电气工程系副主任。主要研究方向包括综合能源系统及其优化控制、自适应动态规划、人工智能技术等。近年来,累计发表 SCI/EI/核心期刊论文 80 余篇,申请或授权中国专利 20 余项,登记软件著作权 5 项,主持和参与国家级、省部级科研项目 20 余项,并获中国仪器仪表学会科学技术进步二等奖、辽宁省科学技术进步二等奖、中国人工智能学会科技进步二等奖等荣誉。目前担任 IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications、IEEE Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering 编委,并担任中国人工智能学会工业人工智能专业委员会秘书长。本次报告题目为 “Recent Advances in ADP-Based Optimal Control Methods for Complex Energy Systems”。

Hanguang Su is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Northeastern University, and a national-level young talent. He serves as Deputy Director of the Liaoning Key Laboratory of Integrated Energy Optimization and Safe Operation and Deputy Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University. His research interests include integrated energy systems and their optimal control, adaptive dynamic programming, and artificial intelligence technologies. He has published more than 80 SCI/EI/core journal papers, applied for or authorized over 20 Chinese patents, and registered five software copyrights. He has led and participated in more than 20 national, provincial, and ministerial research projects, and has received several awards, including the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Instrument and Control Society, the Second Prize of the Liaoning Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. He currently serves as an editorial board member of IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications and IEEE Canadian Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and as Secretary-General of the Industrial Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. 赵东,北京航空航天大学教授,入选国家海外高层次青年人才项目。长期从事故障诊断、容错控制、信息物理系统、网络安全和无人系统等方面的研究,已发表SCI期刊论文60余篇,其中包括IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control和Automatica论文10余篇。相关研究成果获山东省自然科学奖、中国自动化学会自然科学奖、IEEE IESES 2025最佳论文奖、IEEE INDIN 2024最佳论文奖等多项奖励。近年来主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目和北京市自然科学基金重点项目。现任多个IEEE期刊编委,曾任多个国内外学术会议程序委员会主席和分会主席。本次报告题目为“控制系统信息物理异常检测:对偶检测架构”。

Dong Zhao is a Professor at Beihang University and a recipient of a national high-level overseas young talent program. His research focuses on fault diagnosis, fault-tolerant control, cyber-physical systems, cybersecurity, and unmanned systems. He has published more than 60 SCI-indexed journal papers, including over 10 papers in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and Automatica. His research has received several honors, including the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Award, the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Association of Automation, the IEEE IESES 2025 Best Paper Award, and the IEEE INDIN 2024 Best Paper Award. In recent years, he has led projects under the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Key Program of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. He currently serves as an Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for several IEEE journals and has served as a program committee chair and session chair for multiple domestic and international academic conferences. His talk is titled “Cyber-Physical Anomaly Detection in Control Systems: A Dual-Detection Architecture.”

Invited speaker Zhenhua Wang

徐泽远,现为意大利帕维亚大学与南洋理工大学玛丽居里学者,2022年于哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程学科获得博士学位,2022—2024年任新加坡国立大学博士后。以独立项目负责人身份主持欧盟玛丽居里项目1项,已发表学术论文41篇,包括IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering、IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement等国际期刊。主要研究方向包括多传感器组合导航、联邦学习、分布式控制及其在卫星和自动驾驶车队中的应用。现为IEEE工业电子学会技术委员会成员,担任Measurement期刊编委,以及Microsystems & Nanoengineering、AI for Science等期刊青年编委;曾任IFAC 2026、ACC 2024、ICoIAS 2022—2025等国际会议分会主席或国际技术委员会成员,并担任50余种国际SCI期刊审稿人。本次报告题目为“自动驾驶车队的机器学习智能检测、建模与分布式控制”。

Zeyuan Xu is currently a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the University of Pavia and Nanyang Technological University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2022 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the National University of Singapore from 2022 to 2024. As an independent principal investigator, he has led one EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie project and published 41 academic papers in international journals, including IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, and IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement. His research interests include multi-sensor integrated navigation, federated learning, distributed control, and their applications to satellites and autonomous vehicle platoons. He is a member of an IEEE Industrial Electronics Society technical committee, an Editorial Board Member of Measurement, and a Young Editorial Board Member of Microsystems & Nanoengineering and AI for Science. He has also served as a session chair or international technical committee member for conferences such as IFAC 2026, ACC 2024, and ICoIAS 2022–2025, and as a reviewer for more than 50 international SCI journals. His talk is titled “Machine-Learning-Based Intelligent Detection, Modeling, and Distributed Control for Autonomous Vehicle Platoons.”
